Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.

When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.

If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.

If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday before midday it will be delivered the next working day (Monday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday after midday it will be processed the next working day (Monday) and delivered the following working day (Tuesday).

What is Ultracrete RSC ?
Ultracrete RSC is mixed with aggregates, it produces a fast setting, early high strength mortar or concrete.
How do I prepare the surface for Ultracrete RSC?
The preparation for RSC will vary greatly, depending on the application. However, good concrete practice should be observed at all times to enable the mix to be placed into
position within 4 minutes. Remove all loose debris, oil, grease and any other contaminants and work on a sound substrate. Pre–soak the area with water prior to product application.
How do I mix Ultracrete RSC?
RSC should be mixed by hand or with a freefall mixer. The mixing proportions can vary depending on the design mix, strength and speed of set required. As a guide, the maximum size of the aggregate should not exceed one third of the thickness of the repair at its thinnest point. If the product is bulked out with sand, this needs to be well graded, clean and sharp. If bulking with a coarse aggregate, ensure that it is clean and well graded down from maximum. Siliceous stone, granite or basalt chippings may be used for all applications. Hard limestone should not be used in areas subject to acid attack.
Do I need to cure Ultracrete RSC?
When RSC is used as a surface repair, we recommend curing with Ultra Floor Prime IT Multi-surface Primer.
