Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.
If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
For example. If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Monday before midday it will be delivered the next day (Tuesday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday before midday it will be delivered the next working day (Monday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday after midday it will be processed the next working day (Monday) and delivered the following working day (Tuesday).

What is UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate?
UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate is a semi rapid curing, high performance, free flowing single part smoothing underlayment. It is designed for use over a wide variety of subfloors including: concrete, sand & cement, calcium sulphate/anhydrite/hemihydrate screeds, existing cementitious underlayments, damp proof membranes, surface electrical
radiant heating systems, flooring grade plywood, rigid steel, flooring grade asphalt and hard sound bitumen residues, cement or thermal backer boards porcelain, ceramic, quarry or terrazzo floors and moisture tolerant adhesive residues.
Do I need to use a primer?
Priming is not required for the purpose of adhesion. However to ensure a pinhole free surface is attained priming can be carried out using UltraTile ProPrimer.
How do I mix UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate?
Pour 4 litres of cold clean water into an oversized bucket (20 litres or more capacity). Gradually add the UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate whilst continually mixing using an electric drill fitted with a power whisk, suitable for use with cement materials. After completely adding the powder, continue mixing for a further 2 minutes, keeping the whisk below the surface of the product to minimise air entrainment, until a lump free creamy material is attained.
Do not add further water.
How much UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate do I need?
- Per bag of UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate applied to 3mm thickness will cover approximately 4m²
- Per bag of UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate applied to 5mm thickness will cover approximately 2.4m²
- Per bag of UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate applied to 12mm thickness will cover approximately 1m²
- Per bag of UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate applied to 30mm thickness will cover approximately 0.4m²
