Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.
If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
For example. If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Monday before midday it will be delivered the next day (Tuesday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday before midday it will be delivered the next working day (Monday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday after midday it will be processed the next working day (Monday) and delivered the following working day (Tuesday).

How do I prepare the surface before using UltraScape Cempoint?
All joints must be free from any loose debris, clean and pre-soaked with water. Remove all ponded water prior to application but ensure that joints remain wet while the product is use.
How do I mix UltraScape Cempoint?
Place up to 4 litres of clean water into a suitable drum or forced action mixer. Add the contents of the 25kg bag of UltraScape Cempoint and mix between 3-5 minutes to achieve an even smooth mix. Allow material to stand for 5 minutes before application.
