Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.
If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
For example. If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Monday before midday it will be delivered the next day (Tuesday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday before midday it will be delivered the next working day (Monday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday after midday it will be processed the next working day (Monday) and delivered the following working day (Tuesday).

What is UltrasScape ResiBed?
UltrasScape ResiBed is a 2-part high strength epoxy resin mortar and primer system, especially suitable for bedding granite setts, paving elements up to recess covers, tree grids and coping stones as well as concrete repair for areas subject to heavy wear-and-tear.
How do I prep the surface for UltrasScape ResiBed ?
As with all concrete repairs, it is vitally important to remove all grease, dirt, dust and other loose materials prior to application. Smooth substrates must be mechanically roughened, (for example by scabbling or needle gun), washed with clean water and allowed to dry. Note: UltraScape ResiBed should be applied only in dry conditions in order to guarantee product performance and durability of application.
Do I need a primer for UltraScape ResiBed?
A Primer is included with UltraScape ResiBed, there’s no need to buy one.
