Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.

When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.

What is UltraCrete Instant Road Repair 10mm?
UltraCrete Instant Road Repair 10mm is is designed for permanent repairs in type 3 and 4 roads. Instant Road Repair offers a first time permanent repair and is instantly trafficable causing minimal disruption to motorists.
How do I use UltraCrete Instant Road Repair 10mm?
- Saw cut a ‘picture frame’ around the repair or reinstatement area.
- Ensure the area is clear of debris.
- Seal vertical edges and substrate with UltraCrete SCJ.
- Reinstatements requiring up to 100mm in depth can be achieved by using the layer-on-layer method.
- Apply the product to a depth of approximately 45mm and compact to 30mm in order to achieve your first layer.
- Re-apply SCJ Edge Sealant to vertical edges before a second layer of Instant Road Repair 10mm is applied.
- Repeat step 4.
- Re-apply SCJ to vertical edges.
- Finally apply a 60mm layer and compact to 40mm to provide the final surface course.
How much UltraCrete Instant Road Repair 10mm do I need?
Each 25kg of UltraCrete Instant Road Repair 10mm will cover approximately 1m² at 12-15mmcompacted, depending on the surface regularity of the reinstatements
