Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.
If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
For example. If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Monday before midday it will be delivered the next day (Tuesday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday before midday it will be delivered the next working day (Monday).

What is UltraTile ProLevel Rapid?
UltraTile ProLevel Rapid is a single part, high strength, rapid drying and curing cementitious smoothing underlayment.
How do I prepare the surface before applying UltraTile ProLevel Rapid?
All subfloors should be protected from moisture from the subground by use of a base damp proof membrane (DPM) (please check older properties, which may not have a base DPM and consult. Assess moisture levels in accordance with BS 8203, to achieve a hygrometer reading of 75%RH or less. Where this is not attained a surface DPM should be used – the selection of which will be subject to the subfloor(please seek advice from our sales team ).
Any surface laitance, adhesive residue, paints, weak smoothing underlayments and any other materials which will hinder UltraTile ProLevel Rapid’s bond with the subfloor should be mechanically removed. The subfloor should be clean, dry and sound. The area should also be dust free prior to any primer application.
Do I need to use a primer?
Yes, it’s recommended to use UltraTile ProPrimer. See TDS for amount needed for each substrate.
How much UltraTile ProLevel Rapid do I need?
- Each bag of UltraTile ProLevel Rapid applied to 3mm thickness will cover approximately 5m²
- Each bag of UltraTile ProLevel Rapid applied to 5mm thickness will cover approximately 3.1m²
- Each bag of UltraTile ProLevel Rapid applied to 10mm thickness will cover approximately 1.5m²
- Each bag of UltraTile ProLevel Rapid applied to 15mm thickness will cover approximately 1m²
