Ultra Products Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.
If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
For example. If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Monday before midday it will be delivered the next day (Tuesday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday before midday it will be delivered the next working day (Monday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday after midday it will be processed the next working day (Monday) and delivered the following working day (Tuesday).

Any orders placed Monday to Friday before midday will be processed and dispatched the same day.

What is UltraTile ProSS Flex?
UltraTile ProSS Flex is a single part, standard set, flexible adhesive for wall and floor tiles.
Do I need to use a primer?
Yes, it’s recommended to use UltraTile ProPrimer. Please see TDS for amount needed for each substrate.
How do I mix UltraTile ProSS Flex?
Once the substrate has been prepared, continue with the tiling installation. UltraTile ProSS Flex should be added slowly to clean water in a suitable clean mixing tub and mixed thoroughly using a drill/mixer and paddle to give a slump free, easily worked mortar consistency. Once mixed the mortar is immediately ready for use and has a pot life of approximately 2 hoursat 20°C. Mix only sufficient material to be used within the pot life of the product.
Do not remix or rewet/dilute product which has aged and is starting to thicken or set.
Mixing Ratio:
- Grey 20kg unit requires 5.5L – 5.7L of water
- White 20kg unit requires 5.8L – 6.0L of water
