Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.

How do I use UltraTile Pro Clean Xtreme Clean?
- Always perform a test in an inconspicuous area on-site to check suitability of product, prior to use – read these instructions fully before application.
- Dependant on the stained or soiled area, Xtreme Clean can be used neat for removing waxes / coatings or diluted up to 10 parts water to 1 part for heavy soiled areas. Mixing with hot water can help to improve product effectiveness.
- Pre-wet the area with clean water before applying the cleaner to the soiled area. Allow the cleaner to dwell for approximately 15- 20 minutes, not allowing it to dry on the surface.
- After 15-20 minutes agitate with a stiff brush and clean water, scrub and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Particular attention should be paid to highly textured surfaces. In cases of heavy soiling or staining, repeat the process increasing the cleaner concentration ratio if necessary.
