When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.

What is UltraCrete M45?
UltraCrete M45 is a rapid strength bedding and repair mortar for use with all ironwork.
What is UltraCrete M45 used for?
UltraCrete M45 can be used for emergency concrete road repairs, the levelling of street ironwork, bedding of kerbs, coastal protection and tidal repair projects. The product can be used from 10mm-75mm in one pass, with greater depths possible using the layer-upon-layer method.
How do I prepare the surface before using UltraCrete M45?
Surfaces should be free from any contamination of oil, grease, paint, etc. Remove all loose particles and work on a sound substrate. Pre-soak the area with clean water prior to application to aid bond. Remove ponded water before applying the product.
How do I mix UltraCrete M45?
UltraCrete M45 can be mixed with a forced action mixer or by hand with an appropriate tool. If hand mixing is used, ensure that it is vigorous. 25kg of product will require approximately 3.3 litres of water. A stiff consistent mix with no slump should be
achieved, ensuring all particles are well wetted. Note: Mix only enough material to apply within 4 minutes. Never remix or add extra water.
How long does UltraCrete M45 take to set?
UltraCrete M45 sets in 15 minutes and can be open to traffic in 45 minutes.
