Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.

What is UltraCrete Flowcon?
UltraCrete Flowcon is a general purpose, high spec, flowable concrete ideal for most multi-purpose concreting applications such as patching or post erection.
How do I prepare the surface before applying UltraCrete Flowcon?
All surfaces should be free from oil, grease, dust or any other visible contaminants. Remove all loose particles and work on a sound substrate. Pre-soak the area with clean water prior to application to aid bond. Remove ponded water before applying the product. It is essential that repair edges are saw cut to a minimum depth of 30mm, feather edging is not recommended.
What is the set time of UltraCrete Flowcon
The set time of UltraCrete Flowcon is 6 hours but a full compressive strength takes 28 days (Weather dependant)
Is there a minimum temperature for using UltraCrete Flowcon?
Yes, Flowcon should not be used at temperatures below 5°C during application or initial set.
