It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is UltraCrete PY5?
UltraCrete PY5 is ideal for the anhoring of bolts or bars, the bedding of lights in carriageways, backfill of manhole covers and sealing surface cracks.
How do I mix UltraCrete PY5?
PY5 should be mixed by forced action mixer or by vigorous hand mixing with an appropriate tool. Add one tin of resin to the pack of filler/activator (or 2 tins of resin to the 2 filler/activators). Pour resin from the tin into the outer bucket and slowly add the filler until a homogeneous mix is attained. Do not part mix material. Use immediately after mixing.
How do I prepare the surface for using PY5 for anchoring dowels and bars?
Holes should be either drilled using percussion drill or scabbled to provide roughened faces. Pre-formed holes should be scabbled to provide a key. Holes must be free from
water, dust and any debris that might affect bond. Dowels or bars should be either deformed or threaded; smooth bars are not recommended.
How do I prepare the surface for using PY5 as a flowable mortar?
PY5 is the ideal accompaniment of PY4 when bedding ironwork. Its flowable texture when mixed can be poured around the frame ensuring all voids are filled. With its high
early compressive, flexural and tensile strengths, this material creates a long lasting repair in the most arduous situations.
