It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What surfaces and tile types can I use UltraTile ProGrout Flexible with?
UltraTile ProGrout Flexible is suitable for all tile types, including ceramic, porcelain, glass, mosaics, marble, travertine, granite, limestone, terracotta, quarry, slate, resin-backed tiles, quartz, and brick slips. It’s ideal for general wall and floor installations, wet rooms, showers, swimming pools, underfloor heating systems, and conservatories.
How long does it take for the grout to set and when can I use the area?
Light foot traffic is possible after 3–4 hours. Hard set time is 12 hours. However, for shower areas and wet rooms, the product must be allowed to fully cure for two weeks before use.
What is the maximum joint width I can fill?
UltraTile ProGrout Flexible can be applied to joint widths up to 20mm with an application thickness of 1–20mm.
How long is the pot life after mixing?
The pot life is 30–60 minutes. Do not mix more than can be used within 30–45 minutes, and do not rewet or add excess water as this weakens the grout and can cause crumbling or discolouration.
How should I store this product and how long is the shelf life?
Store unopened bags in dry conditions, clear of the ground, at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. Avoid frost. The product has a shelf life of 12 months under these storage conditions.
