It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

UltraTile ProFlex SP is ideal for use with porcelain, mosaic, natural stone, and glass tiles. It is also suitable for ceramic, marble, travertine, granite, limestone, terracotta, quarry, slate, resin-backed, and quartz tiles, as well as brick slips.
What are the key areas of use for UltraTile ProFlex SP?
This adhesive is suitable for general wall and floor installations, interior and exterior applications, wet rooms, domestic and communal showers, swimming pools, electric and piped underfloor heating systems, and conservatories.
What is the coverage rate of UltraTile ProFlex SP?
The coverage rate is approximately 4.5kg per square meter at a 3mm bed thickness.
What is the pot life and set time of UltraTile ProFlex SP?
UltraTile ProFlex SP has a pot life of approximately 60 minutes at 20°C and a set time of 2.5 hours at 20°C. Please note that these times can be affected by temperature and substrate conditions.
Can UltraTile ProFlex SP be used over existing tiles?
Yes, UltraTile ProFlex SP can be used for “Tile on Tile” applications. However, the existing tiles must be sound, stable, dry, securely bonded, and capable of supporting the additional weight. Ceramic, porcelain, and quarry tiles should be lightly abraded, degreased, and cleaned. Only hard and “crunchy” vinyl tiles are recommended for over-tiling; do not use on softer vinyl, quartz, or composite tiles.
