UltraFloor Prime IT Multi-surface Primer is a moisture tolerant, water based acrylic primer, sealer and bonding aid, suitable for porous and non-porous substrates. Prime IT Multi-surface Primer has been designed to promote the adhesion of UltraFloor smoothing underlayments.
